Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Social Scale AI ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Social Scale AI provides business automation and artificial intelligence integration services, including but not limited to:

  • Backend automation solutions
  • AI system integration
  • Document processing and translation (Dexter)
  • Workflow optimization
  • Custom software development

Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in individual project proposals or contracts.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project completion
  • Grant appropriate access to systems and data required for our services
  • Respond to requests for information or approval in a timely manner
  • Ensure you have the legal right to share any data or content provided to us
  • Pay for services according to agreed-upon terms

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom automation solutions and code developed specifically for their project. We retain the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and non-proprietary components in future projects.

Any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or intellectual property used in delivering services remain the property of Social Scale AI or their respective owners.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information, data, or project details to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to deliver our services (e.g., using third-party APIs you've approved).

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project proposals. Unless otherwise agreed:

  • A deposit may be required before work begins
  • Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt
  • Late payments may incur additional fees

Warranties and Disclaimers

We strive to deliver high-quality automation solutions. However:

  • Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
  • We do not guarantee that automated systems will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • Results may vary based on your specific systems, data quality, and implementation

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social Scale AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

  • Client is responsible for payment of work completed to date
  • We will provide any completed deliverables and necessary documentation
  • Confidentiality obligations continue after termination

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States.
